'Sabre Virtually There' is a personalized travel Web site that delivers real-time information about an individual's travel plans - 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week - when they book their trip through a Sabre Connected travel agent or online booking site.

There are a few requirements for using Virtually There:

• A current ticket booked in Sabre
• Last name entry must be same as last name on ticket
• The 6-character record locator is found to the left of your name on the ticket receipt card or just under the Invoice Number on the white invoice page.

Virtually There provides travelers a customized itinerary which coordinates information on flights, gate assignments, hotels, rental cars and the weather, all of which are instantly updated if travel plans change. The traveler also has access to destination information, such as attractions, museums, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, insider tips on local hot spots and maps.

There are literally thousands of possible combinations for customized reports based on your confidential data held in Royal Travels' travel accounting system.

Travel Profiles are electronic records of travel-related information about the corporate travel policy of your company and your personal travel details and preferences. Both the Company Profiles and the Personal Profiles are stored in SABRE, our Central Reservation System (CRS), so that Royal Travels can process your travel request without having to collect these details each time.

All information collected is for the sole use of Royal Travels and will not be shared or sold. To ensure your privacy and to protect the information, the forms are located on a secure server. (See Privacy Policy)

A Personal Profile is a record of an individual's basic information needed each time travel arrangements are made - business or personal. In addition to name, address, company (if applicable), and contact information, the form asks for details that provide a complete picture of an individual's airline and hotel preferences, as well as frequent flyer numbers, credit card information, passport information, and car rental numbers. This allows us to provide quicker handling of the your travel request and to ensure that your preferences are known by any Royal Travels agent handling your request.

Personal Profile Forms
An electronic Personal Profile Form is available on this site. This information is required for all individuals booking business travel. The information is stored on a secure server.

The Personal Profile UPDATE Form allows each individual to update his or her current profile without having to submit a new form every time something changes.

A Company Profile is a record of information pertinent to a company and ensures compliance with it's corporate travel policy. This provides Royal Travels with a company's specific criteria for forms of travel, hotels, and car rentals, as well as any other restrictions or details needed to manage the travel budget. Travel requests by an individual traveling for the company are crosschecked with these criteria to ensure that all business travel is managed according to the company's requirements. Any exceptions would be discussed with your company travel manager for approval.
