Pam Weber
Sales & Services Executive

Pam has been with Royal Travels in Austin since 1986. She has over 25 years in travel, beginning as a reservation agent with Braniff Airlines. Pam has served as the Business Reservations Supervisor for Royal Travels with direct oversight responsibility for all business reservation agents and acts as liaison with departments. She now brings her broad knowledge of the agency to the area of sales and services to ensure that our customers remain our Number One Priority.

Shannon joined Royal Travels in November 2002 after 5 years at International Tours/GalaxSea Cruises of Westlake. Though well versed in both the business and leisure sides of the travel industry, Shannon's forte lies on the corporate side where she enjoys the fast pace and specialized demands of business travelers. Claiming travel at the top of her list of hobbies, Shannon's even-keeled nature and attention to detail make her finely suited to meet the needs of the executive clients. And, though she wasn't born in Texas, she got here as fast as she could.

Support Services

Mike Mendez
Quality Control Supervisor

Mike began his travel industry career with Braniff Airlines in 1984, in reservations. Eventually his work centered on corporate and group travel agencies. Mike came to Royal Travels in 1997, and now has overall responsibility for that most important last step in our reservation system, quality control and ticketing of our business traveler's reservations.

Amy began her travel career in 1976, at a small travel agency in California. She later moved to Oklahoma, and eventually was hired by TWA as a Regional Sales Manager for Southwest Texas. Her experiences in managing travel for organizations, such as the University of Texas Athletic Department, have helped Amy develop into a group travel specialist. She came to Royal Travels in 1998, where she quickly became known for her diligence and attention to detail, and an upbeat approach to making group travel a memorable experience.

Sharon, originally from Louisiana, came to Royal Travels in 2002, with a background of 10 years in the travel industry, including a year with the Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining Royal Travels, Sharon worked as a meeting planner for Apple Computer. She has completed her CTA (Certified Travel Advisor) and Disney’s Cruise certification. Her knowledge of both cruises and tours, and her extensive travel background makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Angela Schroeder

Catherine has been at Royal Travels since 1993. She began her career in travel in 1979, and has experience in all facets of travel agency operations, including leisure, corporate, group, cruises, and international travel, as well as management. With her depth of expertise, Catherine is usually the one we call on for specialized assistance to our executive management travelers. She is currently part of Royal Meetings & Incentives where she coordinates all group air arrangements.

Jennie is a certified Virtuoso Specialist, and has been in travel agency management for over 10 years. Having sailed on over 35 cruises, Jennie is able to enrich your travel experience by sharing her wealth of knowledge gained from her extensive personal world travels. She is considered a specialist on the Wine regions of France and Italy as well as on luxury cruise lines including Radisson, Silversea, Windstar, and The Yachts of Seabourn. Jennie’s favorite personal vacation spot is Cap Ferret on the French Riviera. Jennie is passionate about travel and will assure the happiness of our clients by making their journeys a most rewarding experience.

Meredith is a certified Virtuoso Specialist and one of our leisure travel consultants. Meredith has over 4 years of experience in the Travel industry and specializes in upscale leisure travel. She has acquired an incredible knowledge of hundreds of the finest hotels, resorts, spas, and lodges around the world. Her preferred relationships in the industry allow her to plan ultimate vacations from exciting wildlife safaris to fantastic luxury cruises with suppliers that roll out the red carpet for her clients. She is considered a specialist on the Caribbean and Mexico. Her personal favorite vacation spot – Santorini, Greece.

Robert joined Royal Travels in October 2005 as a Virtuoso specialist in our leisure travel office. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Robert spent 15 years selling advertisements for print, radio and television. After traveling to East and South Africa on photographic safaris, he decided to do what he is passionate about and join the travel industry. Robert’s travel experience includes coordinating client incentive trips to Europe and Mexico. His favorite domestic vacation areas are Los Angeles and New York. His most rewarding experience is hearing back from clients that their trip exceeded their expectations.

Sharon is a certified Virtuoso Specialist and one of our leisure travel consultants. She has over 14 years of experience in the Travel industry. Sharon is passionate about travel and clients can count on Sharon for her personal service and expertise to plan the best travel experience possible. In addition to her vast knowledge of the top travel spots all over the world, she is considered a specialist on Disney (land and cruise vacations) and on travel throughout Ireland. When asked what travel experience she enjoys planning most, Sharon responded "I love to plan Honeymoons and Destination Weddings."
